About Jordan
Jordan’s history is linked with Biblical events. The River Jordan is believed to be very sacred as it is the river in which Jesus of Nazareth was baptized, by John the Baptist. The renowned Mount Nebo is believed to be place where Moses gone to view the Promised Land before his death. The population in Jordan consists of 79 % Islam and 19 percent Christian communities.
All the communities live in peace and harmony in Jordan. Jordan is one of the few Arab countries free of untoward events. This country s considered as a risk free tourist destination.
