Jordan Visa Information
Travelers from certain countries should hold valid visa to enter Jordan. One has to contact Jordanian diplomatic mission to get the entire required documents for a hassle free travel in Jordan. There are some nationalities exempted from Visa restrictions. Such travelers arriving in Aqaba through the airport or port or at the trip from Saudi Arabia or Israel will be permitted entry and stay for a maximum of one month in Jordan without Visa restrictions. The travelers coming over to Jordan through other entry points should report and register with Aqaba Special Economic Zone Authority (ASEZA) office for visa within a time period of two days from arrival in Jordan.
For single entry visa there is a fee of JD 10 for all travelers from other countries and for multiple entries charge is JD 20. Five persons or more as a group visiting Jordan through authorized tour operators are exempted from visa charges. There is a departure charge of JD 5 for the non Jordanians.
